Fitness in June

I'm being super brave and putting photos of myself out here. No makeup, hair not fixed, etc...These are my before shots.


Not terrible for 5 months postpartum...I still have the "Mommy Pooch" that comes from my belly muscles and skin being stretched...

My goal is to exercise every single day. Even if it's just 10mins.

  1. Can you still call it a "Mommy Pooch" when your youngest is 5? HA! I admire you blogging your efforts. I am striving to eat better and exercise more but the older I get (just turned 39) the harder it is to lose weight. I would LOVE to lose the extra 15 lbs I still have from my 3rd pregnancy.
