A couple of Shakeology Recipes

I recently started drinking Shakeology. It's really good, really sweet!

My favorite way to drink it is to make a chocolate mocha.
- 1 packet Choc Shakeology
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooled coffee
- Chai seasoning (optional)
- Ice to thicken (optional)

Run it through a blender until the ice is crushed! It's really really good. Because raw milk (the only milk we drink) is 160 calories a cup this breakfast is 300 calories...BUT you also get all the neat nutrients in Shakeology!


The smoothie I'm having this morning involves the Greenberry.
- 1 packet Greenberry Shakeology
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- frozen smoothie cubes (until it's the consistency you want)

Again, SO GOOD!


Who knew something GREEN could taste sweet? AND something chocolate could actually be good for you!
