Fitness Plan for the week

My sponsor (and friend) Sarah inspired me to plan for the week!

I recently tried Level 3 of The 30 Day Shred. I can do it...heavily modified. So I'm going to change things up this week. Until I get P90X I'm stuck with 30DS and Exercise TV!!

Monday: 30 DS Level 2
Tuesday: Bootcamp Body Makeover Advanced from Exercise TV
Wednesday: 30 DS Level 1 (with little to no modification)
Thursday: Bootcamp Body Makeover Advanced
Friday: 30 DS Level 3



We'll see...but that's the plan!

  1. wow you work out 5 days a week? Im impressed! My husband wants to try P90X, I'm not so sure...I'll read what you have to say about it to help me decide!
