Okay, how did I do it?
I have a Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD that I do sometimes. I also do a lot from the Exercise TV website. AND I had my Shakeology for a good part of the month (before I ran out giving samples)
This month, however, we're starting P90X. THOSE photos will be extreme!
